Terms of Use
Effective October 30, 2026
The short version: HaulDraft is for adults 18 and older. Only try on photos of yourself. Try-ons are AI previews, so the real piece may fit or look different. Plans are billed by Apple and you cancel them in Settings. Some store links earn us a commission. If we ever disagree, we'll first try to sort it out by email, then by individual arbitration.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and HaulDraft LLC, a California limited liability company (“HaulDraft”, “we”, “us”), about the HaulDraft app for iPhone and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use HaulDraft
You must be 18 or older to use HaulDraft. The AI services that make try-ons and suggestions are only offered for adults, so the app asks you to confirm your age before you start. If you're under 18, please don't use HaulDraft.
2. What HaulDraft does
HaulDraft lets you save clothes from stores and from your own closet, lay them out on an outfit board, and ask for an AI-made image of a person wearing that outfit (a “try-on”). Dress Me suggests outfits from pieces you own. HaulDraft doesn't sell clothes: purchases happen on each store's own website or app, under that store's terms.
3. Try-ons are previews
Try-ons are made by an AI image model from your board and your avatar description or photo. They're meant to help you picture an outfit, and they may not match the real piece's fit, size, color, length, fabric or details, or how it would look on you. Check the store's size guide, photos and return policy before you buy. We aren't responsible for purchases you make based on a try-on or a Dress Me suggestion.
4. Your photo and other people's photos
If you choose a photo for try-ons, it must be a photo of you that you have the right to use. You agree not to:
- use a photo of anyone else, even with their permission, or of anyone under 18;
- try to make images that are sexual, nude or sexually suggestive, or that show a real person in a way they haven't agreed to;
- use try-ons to harass, impersonate, embarrass or deceive anyone, or share them as if they were real photos.
To help prevent misuse, try-ons with a photo don't include underwear, lingerie or swimwear. Those pieces can still be tried on with your avatar. The AI service also refuses some requests on its own.
5. Acceptable use
You also agree not to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
- get around the app's limits, quotas, age check or safety rules, or use tester codes you weren't given;
- copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the app or our service, or access it with bots or other apps;
- resell or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without our written permission.
We may limit, suspend or stop your access to try-ons and suggestions if we reasonably believe you've broken these Terms.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you add to HaulDraft, such as your photos, the pieces you save and your descriptions (“Your Content”). Most of it stays only on your iPhone. When you ask for a try-on, a suggestion or a piece description, you give us and our service providers permission to process the content needed to make it, only for that purpose and as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't keep it afterwards.
You're responsible for Your Content, including product photos and details you save from stores. You may use try-on images you make for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, such as deciding what to buy or sharing a look with friends, as long as you follow section 4.
7. Plans and payments
- Free try-ons: a new iPhone gets a small number of free try-ons and daily Dress Me suggestions, as shown in the app.
- Paid plans: Capsule, Wardrobe and Runway are monthly subscriptions sold through Apple. Each includes the number of try-ons and daily suggestions shown in the app; unused try-ons don't roll over.
- Billing and renewal: Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Plans renew automatically each month at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or tap Manage under your plan in the app's You tab. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the period ends.
- Extra try-ons: members can buy one-time packs of extra try-ons. They're not a subscription, they never expire, and they're used only after your plan's monthly try-ons. They stay with the Apple Account that subscribes, and remain usable if your plan ends. They cover try-ons only: bags, eyewear and try-ons with your own photo stay plan features. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- Refunds: Apple handles refunds under its own policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Changes: we may change what plans include or cost. Price increases are handled through Apple, which tells you in advance and may ask for your consent.
A try-on that fails or is declined by the AI service doesn't count toward your allowance.
8. Stores and affiliate links
Product names, photos, prices and trademarks belong to their stores and brands, and we're not affiliated with them unless we say so. Prices and availability can change, so check the store before buying. Some links that open stores are affiliate links: if you buy after tapping one, HaulDraft may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Stores are third parties; we aren't responsible for their sites, products, shipping, returns or privacy practices.
9. Our rights
The app, the website, the HaulDraft name and logo, and our designs and software belong to HaulDraft or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
10. Reporting misuse
If you believe a try-on or anything else made with HaulDraft shows you without your consent, involves a minor, or otherwise breaks these Terms, email [email protected] with the subject “Report misuse”. Tell us what happened and, if you can, include the image. We'll respond within 48 hours. HaulDraft doesn't keep or publish anyone's try-ons, but we'll take the steps available to us and cooperate with lawful requests.
11. Changes and ending the Service
We may update HaulDraft and these Terms. If we make important changes to the Terms, we'll update the effective date above and tell you in the app or its release notes. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms. You can stop using HaulDraft at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any plan. We may change, pause or stop the Service; if we stop it for good, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THAT TRY-ONS, SUGGESTIONS, PRODUCT DETAILS OR PRICES WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, HAULDRAFT AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, OR FOR PURCHASES YOU MAKE FROM STORES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR HAULDRAFT PLANS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US$50. SOME PLACES DON'T ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT ALL APPLY TO YOU.
14. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of Your Content, your misuse of the Service or your breaking these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent allowed by law.
15. Disputes and arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved.
- Talk to us first: before starting a formal dispute, email [email protected] with your name, a description of the problem and what you're asking for. We'll try to resolve it informally within 60 days.
- Arbitration: if we can't, you and HaulDraft agree to resolve any dispute relating to the Service by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. The arbitration can be held by video, by phone, in writing or in the county where you live. We'll pay any filing and arbitrator fees beyond what you'd pay to file in court, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous.
- Small claims: either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies.
- No class actions: claims may only be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not combine claims from different people.
- Opting out: you can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Arbitration opt-out” within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
- If this section doesn't apply: if it's found unenforceable for a claim, or you opted out, that claim will be decided only in the state or federal courts in California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in court, not in arbitration.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
17. Apple
If you got HaulDraft from the App Store:
- These Terms are between you and HaulDraft only, not Apple. HaulDraft, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- HaulDraft, not Apple, is responsible for handling any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection or privacy claims, and claims that the app infringes someone's intellectual property.
- You confirm that you're not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you're not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow any third-party terms that apply when using the app, such as your wireless carrier's.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
18. Everything else
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part right away, we haven't given up the right to. You can't transfer these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
