Saving pieces
I don't see “Add to HaulDraft” in the share sheet
In the share sheet, scroll the row of app icons to the end and tap More. Find Add to HaulDraft, turn it on, and drag it up so it's easy to reach next time.
A shopping app has its own share screen
Some apps, like Poshmark, show their own share options. Tap Copy Link there, open HaulDraft, tap + in Haul, choose Add from Link, and paste.
The wrong photos or details came in
Pick a different photo before saving, or edit the name, brand, price and slot on the piece's page later. If a store keeps coming in wrong, email us the product link so we can improve it.
The background wasn't removed
Open the piece and tap Try Removing Background Again. Photos with busy backgrounds or several products in one shot are the hardest; a plain product photo works best.
Drafts and try-ons
“Try it on” isn't available
Try-ons use Image Playground, which needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence. Turn it on in Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri and wait for its models to finish downloading. Everything else in HaulDraft works without it.
The try-on doesn't look like me
Go to You and adjust your avatar: age, hair, build and setting. Add anything else under Other details. New try-ons use your latest avatar.
Image Playground didn't make a try-on
Image Playground occasionally declines an outfit. Try again, or remove a piece and try once more. You can always save the board itself to Looks.
Your data
Where is my haul stored?
Only on your iPhone. HaulDraft has no account and no server, so there's nothing to sign in to. See the privacy policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a piece or look from its page, or delete the HaulDraft app to remove everything it stored.
Will my haul move to a new iPhone?
Yes, if you move to the new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start. Your haul comes along with the rest of your app data.
